In the first instance, Executive Strategies prepares a Personal Strategic Plan that takes into consideration financial planning, tax and personal accounting, finance and lending, property and legal matters that can range from conveyancing and employment law to divorce and family law.
Recognising the various and diverse aspects of an individual’s financial and legal needs, Executive Strategies then assembles an appropriate ‘advice team’ tasked with providing advice and services that are implemented in close consideration of the overarching Personal Strategic Plan to create properly integrated and seamless solutions and outcomes.
While each collaborating professional remains accessible to clients, a client manager coordinates relationships and ensures accountability. Accountability includes completion of tasks as required, measurement of outcomes, reporting and progress meetings at pre-determined regular intervals.
